Andrew E. Zeyer joined Belkin · Burden · Goldman, LLP in August of 2021 and practices in the Firm’s Administrative Law Department.
Mr. Zeyer represents, landlords, owners and developers in a wide array of proceedings before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and Department of Finance. Mr. Zeyer handles matters including 421-a, MCI, J-51 and ICAP applications and compliance. He also focuses on residential leasing, due diligence analysis of rent regulated buildings, and representation in response to tenant DHCR complaints.
Prior to joining the Firm, Andrew worked as an associate at Tuchman Korngold Weiss Liebman & Lindemann, LLP representing landlords, owners and developers in a variety of transactional, rent regulatory and real property tax matters.
