Heather M. Foti joined Belkin·Burden·Goldman, LLP as a Summer Associate in August of 2021 and is an Associate (pending admission to the New York State Bar).

Ms. Foti practices in the firm’s Transactional Department and handles a variety of real estate matters, including, representing and advising clients in connection with the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as leasing and commercial acquisitions.

During law school, Ms. Foti gained real estate experience working in-house for a real estate development firm, represented and advised cooperative housing boards through Brooklyn Law School’s Corporate and Real Estate Clinic, and represented residential sellers and purchasers as an intern for several transactional law firms in NYC. She also was a judicial intern for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits.
