Paul Alessandri is an Associate of Belkin · Burden · Goldman, LLP.
Mr. Alessandri practices as trial counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department, where he represents property owners, developers, investors, condominium boards, as well as other real estate professionals in New York City Civil Courts and State Supreme Courts. His representative matters include complex commercial and residential holdover proceedings, nonpayment proceedings, and plenary actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Alessandri represented national real estate investment companies, property owners, and management companies in multi-faceted real estate transactions and disputes. He also regularly advised and defended property owners in administrative proceedings before the OATH Hearings Division (Environmental Control Board), the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), and the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB).
