Real Estate Board of New York (“REBNY”) will be featuring BBG Partner, Kara Rakowski, to provide an overview of the rent regulation in NYC and recent changes in legislation affecting rent regulated units on Wednesday, April 3, from 10:00am – 12:00pm EST. It will be held in-person at REBNY’s auditorium located at 570 Lexington Ave.
Kara Rakowski is the Co-Department Head of BBG’s Administrative Law Department and a distinguished NYC real estate attorney, known for her innovative strategies and commitment to client success. Kara’s expertise and dedication were recently recognized when she was honored as one of the Notable Women in Law by Crain’s New York Business and featured in the NY Real Estate Journal’s Women in Commercial Real Estate, highlighting her influence and leadership in the field.
The cost to attend is $25 for a REBNY Member and $50 for Non-Member.
