About
Alaina Greene is a Law Clerk in the firm’s Transactional Department where she focuses on zoning, land use, and real estate development matters. Alaina has experience assisting with applications before the City’s land use agencies, including the Board of Standards and Appeals, City Planning Commission, Department of Buildings, and other regulatory agencies. She has also supported various transactional matters, such as development rights transfers.
Prior to joining Belkin · Burden · Goldman, LLP, Alaina was associated with a leading New York City land use and zoning consultancy and has practical experience working in city government, including the Charter Revision Commission and the New York City Law Department. She is currently pursuing her JD in the evening division at Fordham University School of Law.
