Mr. Noriega practices in the Firm’s Transactional Department, focusing on development issues, including land use and zoning issues. He has successfully represented developers, homeowners, and religious institutions in various actions brought before the City’s land use agencies, including the Board of Standards and Appeals, City Planning Commission, Department of Buildings, and other regulatory agencies. Prior to joining Belkin · Burden · Goldman, LLP, Mr. Noriega was associated with a boutique land use firm working with NYC land use agencies to maximize the development potential of properties. Mr. Noriega has practical industry experience working as a Building Code and Zoning Resolution consultant, reviewing architectural plan sets for compliance to streamline the application process with the Department of Buildings.
