About
Huey Chan is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group, with experience in complex real estate litigation. His experience includes representing residential and commercial landlords, property owners, and lenders in a broad range of disputes, including landlord-tenant matters, commercial litigation, and foreclosure proceedings. Mr. Chan has extensive experience drafting various pleadings and motions and has successfully argued motions before the New York State Courts.
While attending Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Chan was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and interned for the Hon. David F. Everett of the Westchester County Supreme Court.
