Jessica R. Brenner is an associate the Transactional Department at Belkin Burden Goldman, LLP. She focuses her practice on transactional commercial real estate, with a concentration on IRC §1031 exchange transactions and net lease sales and acquisitions. Her experience includes the acquisition, disposition, and finance of single-asset and portfolio transactions, sale-leasebacks, structured net lease matters, and other commercial acquisitions and dispositions across a broad range of property types.

Jessica represents family offices, private investors, and institutional clients in the various stages of a commercial real estate transaction, involving assets such as national brand quick-service restaurants, medical office buildings, car washes, oil change facilities, pharmacy chains, industrial properties, multi-family apartment buildings, commercial condominiums, restaurant properties, and other income-producing commercial assets.

She also advises borrowers in connection with commercial mortgage and construction financing, including debt structures supporting acquisitions, refinancings, development projects, and recapitalizations. Jessica works closely with clients from early planning through closing, providing practical, business-oriented counsel aligned with investment strategy and risk considerations.
