John A. Passidomo is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group, whose practice focuses on complex real estate litigation matters, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes and general business litigation. John participates in all stages of the litigation process, including prelitigation case strategy, drafting predicate notices and pleadings, conducting discovery, drafting motions, and regularly appearing in the supreme, civil, and housing courts of New York State and New York City for conferences, hearings, and trials. John is an aggressive litigator capable of finding creative solutions to the most difficult challenges faced by property owners, operators, and developers in New York City.

Prior to joining the Firm, John handled all phases of complex civil litigation on behalf of a diverse set of clients ranging from national real estate management companies in commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, large real estate developers in RPAPL 881 proceedings, and the leadership of a New York City law enforcement agency in a high-profile class-action in the Southern District of New York.

John is a graduate of William & Mary Law School, where he was a Teaching Assistant for Contract Law and Binghamton University, magna cum laude.
