About
Joshua A. Sycoff is an Associate in the Transactional Department at Belkin Burden Goldman, LLP. He joined the firm in 2019 as a Summer Associate and became an Associate in 2021.
Mr. Sycoff has experience in representing and advising purchasers and sellers of single and multi-family properties, including cooperative and condominium unit purchases and sales. Mr. Sycoff’s practice also includes commercial acquisitions, dispositions and refinances. He has been involved in all facets of commercial and residential transactions, including due diligence, contract negotiation, preparation and negotiation of closing documents, and attendance of closings with clients.
As a student at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Sycoff served as the Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society where he participated and coached in negotiation, mediation and arbitration competitions across the country.
