About
Lauren E. Lewis is a partner in the firm’s Administrative Law Practice, where she focuses on disputes arising from real estate and housing-related matters, with particular depth in regulated housing.
Lauren regularly represents individuals and entities that own, develop, and manage real estate assets, including condominium and cooperative corporations. Her practice centers on advocacy before administrative agencies and courts in matters involving regulated housing, summary proceedings, construction defects, breach of contract disputes, and actions seeking declaratory and injunctive relief.
She has substantial experience with rent-stabilized properties and Mitchell-Lama cooperatives and routinely advises clients navigating complex regulatory frameworks governing residential housing. Her work also includes related real estate litigation and select financing matters involving commercial loans secured by real property.
Lauren has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Real Estate Law since 2024.
