Lauren Tobin is an Associate of Belkin Burden & Goldman LLP.
Ms. Tobin joined the firm in 2022 as an associate in the firm’s Transactional Department, focusing on commercial and residential real estate transactions. Ms. Tobin’s practice includes commercial leasing and representation of sellers and purchasers of single and multi-family properties, including condominiums and cooperatives. She is regularly involved with contract negotiation, due diligence review, preparation and negotiation of transactional and financing documents, and conducting closings. Ms. Tobin also has significant experience with the representation of condominium and cooperative boards throughout the city.
Ms. Tobin is a member of the New York City Bar Association Real Property Law Committee and the Financing and Development Subcommittee.
