Marc Ziarno

Marc J. Ziarno is a Law Clerk in the Transactional Department at Belkin Burden Goldman, LLP. Mr. Ziarno joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2025 and now focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Mr. Ziarno assists with a broad range of transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and due diligence for commercial and residential properties. He has experience reviewing and analyzing complex real estate documents and supporting attorneys throughout all phases of a transaction.

While attending St. John’s University School of Law, Mr. Ziarno served as Editor-in-Chief of the New York Real Property Law Journal, the official publication of the New York State Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section. He also served as President of the Real Property Law Society and was a Fellow in the Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law, where he was designated the Timothy J. Meehan Fellow in recognition of his exceptional performance in advanced real estate law coursework.

He received a BS in Finance from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University, where he graduated as Valedictorian of the James Striar School. While at Yeshiva University, he was a member of the men’s soccer team, serving as team captain for four seasons and earning All-Conference honors.
