Robert A. Jacobs joined the firm as a Partner in 1997.  Mr. Jacobs is a Partner of both the administrative and transactional departments at the firm with a focus of his practice in the area of zoning and land use.  In addition to zoning and land use, Mr. Jacobs has represented numerous clients in the acquisition and transfer of air rights, leasing, real estate purchase and sale transactions, limited liability company operating agreements, AIA construction agreements and construction license agreements.

Mr. Jacobs has lectured at the New York City Bar Association on numerous occasions and served as co-chairman of the City Bar’s development rights Continuing Legal Education program for 12 years.
