BBG is pleased to welcome Lauren E. Lewis as a partner in the firm’s Administrative Law Department.

Lauren focuses on disputes arising from real estate and housing-related matters, with particular depth in regulated housing. She regularly represents owners, developers, and managers of real estate assets, including condominium and cooperative corporations.

Her practice centers on advocacy before administrative agencies and courts in matters involving regulated housing, summary proceedings, construction defects, breach of contract disputes, and actions seeking declaratory and injunctive relief. She has substantial experience with rent-stabilized properties and Mitchell-Lama cooperatives and routinely advises clients navigating complex residential regulatory frameworks.
