We are pleased to announce the appointment of Deborah L. Goldman as a new partner of the transactional group.
Ms. Goldman advises on all aspects of commercial real estate law, including sales and acquisitions, financing, ground leasing, brokerage agreements, construction contracts, hotel management agreements, and especially all phases of office and retail leasing, from drafting the letter of intent to final lease execution.
Ms. Goldman has been practicing commercial real estate since she graduated cum laude from New York University Law School in 1992. She holds a M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School and has practical non-legal experience from having worked in the development department of Starwood Hotels and Resorts. In 2016, Ms. Goldman was appointed downstate co-chair of the Commercial Leasing Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s (“NYSBA”) Real Property Section.
