This covers disagreements pertaining to complex real estate joint ventures, commercial leasing, title problems such ownership, priority, and boundary disputes, construction and associated financing, management of condominiums and cooperatives, and construction-related concerns.
Additionally, Anthony Morreale has been elevated to Partner in the Administrative Department as a result of his exceptional contributions and client-focused work ethic. Mr. Morreale provides regulatory advice on a broad range of topics to developers, owners, and landlords, with an emphasis on rent stabilization. He handles rent overcharge claims, represents clients in regulatory status disputes, and completes transactional due diligence.
