Brian Bendy and Israel A. Katz were promoted to Partners in their Litigation Department. This recognition is a result of their exceptional contributions to the business and its clients, as well as their notable decisions and overall achievements.
Both Messrs. Bendy and Katz have extensive litigation backgrounds in both federal and state courts in New York, covering a wide range of real estate-related cases. This covers disagreements pertaining to complex real estate joint ventures, commercial leasing, title problems such ownership, priority, and boundary disputes, construction and associated financing, management of condominiums and cooperatives, and construction-related concerns.
Additionally, Anthony Morreale has been elevated to Partner in the Administrative Department as a result of his exceptional contributions and client-focused work ethic. Mr. Morreale provides regulatory advice on a broad range of topics to developers, owners, and landlords, with an emphasis on rent stabilization. He handles rent overcharge claims, represents clients in regulatory status disputes, and completes transactional due diligence.
