Join us for a program co-sponsored by CHIP and NYCLA where a panel of experts will discuss what landlords and their attorneys need to know about lease renewals, concessions and the Rent Guidelines Board (RGB) 1 and 2 year lease increases. After the presentations there will be a question and answer session where attendees’ questions will be addressed.
