About
Amanda B. Zifchak is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and real estate disputes, including business tort, contract, and property actions, and she regularly counsels clients on litigation risk and strategy to best meet their goals. Ms. Zifchak handles all aspects of pretrial civil litigation and has extensive experience drafting dispositive motions and appeals in state and federal court.
Ms. Zifchak earned her JD from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor on the Moot Court Board, was a member of the International Law Journal, and received the Archibald R. Murray Award for completing over 500 hours of public service through her work with the Federal Litigation Clinic. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
