Andrew T. Stafutti is an Associate of Belkin · Burden · Goldman, LLP
Mr. Stafutti joined the firm in 2023 as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on prosecuting nonpayment and holdover eviction proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stafutti worked as in-house Litigation Counsel at a large New York City-based property management company where he handled residential and commercial nonpayment and holdover litigation as well as HP actions for over 13,000 apartments and various commercial tenants, oversaw management of outside counsel, and drafted commercial lease amendments, assignments and assumptions of leases, and notices of default.
