Aris E. L. Dutka joined the firm in 2020 as an associate in the litigation department. His practice focuses on complex commercial and real estate disputes.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Dutka litigated commercial matters in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, with a concentration in construction litigation, in which he represented real estate developers, building owners, government agencies, construction managers, individual unit owners, and subcontractors. He also has experience in arbitration and mediation.
Mr. Dutka acts as a mentor for the American Bar Association Judicial Intern Opportunity Program, which provides summer judicial internships for law students from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in the legal profession.
