• Mark Antar, Litigation Department — Mark’s practice focuses on real estate and commercial disputes with a specialty in complex landlord‑tenant matters. He brings extensive trial and appellate experience, having successfully represented developers, boards, and businesses in New York courts, and is equally adept at securing favorable outcomes through arbitration and mediation in real estate, construction, and contract disputes.
• Aris E. L. Dutka, Litigation Department— Aris handles complex commercial and real estate disputes, including landlord‑tenant litigation, appeals, rent regulatory class actions, and construction matters. He has substantial experience in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, with a strong background in construction litigation, and also represents clients in arbitration and mediation.
• Michael A. Mulia, Transactional Department— Michael advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales of multifamily, office, and mixed‑use properties nationwide. He has extensive experience in commercial leasing for office, retail, and industrial spaces, and also represents high‑net‑worth clients in residential transactions.
