New York, NY, January 1, 2026—BBG is proud to announce the promotion of four attorneys to partner: Mark Antar in the Litigation Department, Aris E. L. Dutka in the Litigation Department, Michael A. Mulia in the Transactional Department, and Frank Noriega in the Land Use and Zoning practice. About the promoted partners

  • Mark Antar, Litigation Department — Mark’s practice focuses on real estate and commercial disputes with a specialty in complex landlord‑tenant matters. He brings extensive trial and appellate experience, having successfully represented developers, boards, and businesses in New York courts, and is equally adept at securing favorable outcomes through arbitration and mediation in real estate, construction, and contract disputes.
  • Aris E. L. Dutka, Litigation Department— Aris handles complex commercial and real estate disputes, including landlord‑tenant litigation, appeals, rent regulatory class actions, and construction matters. He has substantial experience in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, with a strong background in construction litigation, and also represents clients in arbitration and mediation.
  • Michael A. Mulia, Transactional Department— Michael advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales of multifamily, office, and mixed‑use properties nationwide. He has extensive experience in commercial leasing for office, retail, and industrial spaces, and also represents high‑net‑worth clients in residential transactions. Michael’s practice includes work for institutional investors, universities, and major developers, reflecting his depth in both commercial and residential markets.
  • Frank Noriega, Land Use and Zoning — Frank concentrates on development matters with a focus on land use and zoning. He represents developers, homeowners, and institutions before New York City agencies such as the Board of Standards and Appeals, City Planning Commission, and Department of Buildings, leveraging his prior experience as a zoning and building code consultant to streamline approvals and maximize property potential.
