Benjamin J. Margolin is an Associate at Belkin · Burden · Goldman, LLP. He joined the firm in 2017 as a Summer Associate and became an Associate in 2019.

Mr. Margolin practices in the firm’s Litigation Department and handles a wide array of real estate litigation in Housing Court, Civil Court and Supreme Court. His practice focuses on prosecuting nonpayment and holdover eviction proceedings and plenary actions.

Mr. Margolin earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2018 with a certificate in Real Estate Law and graduated cum laude from Queens College in 2014. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
