About
Logan O’Connor joined the firm as an Associate in September of 2018 and was elevated to Partner in 2021.
Ms. O’Connor, practicing with the Firm’s Administrative Department, represents landlords in proceedings before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, among other regulatory agencies. Ms. O’Connor focuses on matters including, but not limited to, due diligence analysis of rent regulated buildings, representation in response to tenant DHCR complaints, rent regulated residential leasing, Applications for Certification of No Harassment, Applications for Modification of Services, Applications for Restoration of Rent and appeals thereof.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O’Connor focused on complex commercial real estate transactions including commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and structuring of joint ventures. Ms. O’Connor also has experience working in-house with a Manhattan-based real estate development and management company owning commercial and residential real estate throughout New York City.
