ICIP/ICAP Renewal Filing Period Now Open for 2027/2028 Benefits

The 2027/2028 Certificate of Continuing Use renewal period for the Industrial and Commercial Incentive Program (ICIP) and the Industrial and Commercial Abatement Program (ICAP) is now open.

Properties receiving ICIP or ICAP benefits must file their renewal applications with the Department of Finance by January 5, 2027, using the Department of Finance’s online filing portal, available here. Failure to timely file will result in the loss of those benefits.

For more information regarding the filing process, please contact us. Properties whose benefits have been suspended due to a missed filing may be eligible for retroactive reinstatement. We can provide additional information regarding eligibility and available options.
