The Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019 included many new requirements for owners and landlords. Massive changes left many in real estate feeling blindsided about changes that would take effect almost immediately. Owners and landlords immediately began seeking out information and guidance from industry leaders like Belkin Burden Goldman , LLP and REBNY.
REBNY has long offered educational training to New York’s real estate community. When REBNY recognized the need for a larger educational effort, they recruited Sherwin Belkin, Jeffrey Goldman and Kara Rakowski to host a seminar at Fordham Law School.
