Belkin Burden Goldman, LLP (BBG) Secures City Council Approval for 132–136 Melrose Street Rezoning
BBG is proud to mark another successful rezoning with the City Council’s approval of 132–136 Melrose Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The approval paves the way for the former manufacturing-zoned site to be transformed into a modern mixed-use development.
The rezoning represents an important step in advancing the project and unlocking the site for new development in a rapidly evolving area of Brooklyn. BBG’s Land Use and Zoning team guided the application through New York City’s land use review and approval process, helping move the project from proposal to approval.
Congratulations to Ron Mandel and the team on this successful outcome.
