Lawrence T. Shepps joined Belkin · Burden · Goldman, LLP in 2014 as member of the Transactional Department. He became a Partner in 2016.
Mr. Shepps has extensive experience in representing and advising clients in all aspects of transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and licensing of commercial real estate properties, including but not limited to, shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the US, as well as in the purchase and sale of development rights in NYC.
