Michael A. Mulia

Michael A. Mulia is an Associate in the Firm’s Transactional Group and represents clients in many facets of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of apartment buildings, multifamily properties, and office buildings throughout the United States. Michael also has extensive commercial real estate leasing experience on both the landlord and tenant side, representing clients with office, retail, shopping center, and industrial leases throughout the country. In addition to his commercial real estate experience, Michael also represents high net worth clients with residential real estate transactions, including condominium, cooperative, single-family, and townhouse purchase and sales.

Throughout his career, Michael has represented institutional real estate investment companies, private universities, and a “Big-Four” accounting firm in various real estate matters. Additionally, Michael represented one of the largest charter school developers in New York City in its acquisition, financing, development, and leasing of its charter school projects.

He often conducts educational presentations to New York real estate agents on a several real estate-related topics for continuing education credit.

A native New Yorker, Michael was born and resides in Staten Island, NY.
