About
Ryan Marrano is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Ryan represents plaintiffs, petitioners, defendants, and respondents in commercial and civil matters from pleadings through mediation, settlement, and trial.
In landlord-tenant matters, Ryan represents landlords in summary proceedings involving nonpayment, holdover, succession, and licensee matters. He has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in plenary actions concerning breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and real property disputes in New York State and Federal courts.
Additional experience includes condominium and cooperative litigation, commercial lease drafting and negotiation, Loft Law coverage applications, and representation of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions throughout New York City and Westchester County.
Recent Experience
- Obtained a preliminary injunction on behalf of a New York property owner in a Supreme Court action involving breach of lease and private nuisance claims, securing broad interim relief to address ongoing disruptive conduct affecting building operations, residents, and staff.
