Mark Antar practices in the firm’s Litigation Department and concentrates his practice in real estate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on complex landlord-tenant litigation. Mark has extensive trial and appellate courtroom experience. He has successfully tried cases in New York Supreme Court and Civil Court on behalf of commercial and residential real estate developers, asset managers, cooperative and condominium boards, retail businesses and insurance carriers. Mark has also successfully briefed and argued appeals in the Appellate Division and Appellate Term of the State of New York.
In addition to formal litigation, Mark is an adept negotiator and has won victories and favorable resolutions for clients through arbitration and mediation in real estate, construction and general contract disputes.
