BBG Tax Exemptions and Zoning Incentives Practice Group Co-Chair Jason Hershkowitz recently delivered an insightful in-person presentation to Lee and Associates, a commercial real estate brokerage company, that focused on critical issues affecting real estate developers, including the latest trends and challenges in tax exemptions and zoning incentives.
During the session, which was attended by fellow BBG partners Craig L. Price and David Shamshovich, Jason provided an overview of various property tax incentives programs, including 421-a, 485-x and 467-m, highlighted key strategies for maximizing tax benefits and discussed tips for navigating NYC’s complex regulatory landscapes. The presentation also covered recent legislative changes and their potential impact on development projects.
