David Skaller joined Belkin · Burden · Goldman, LLP in 1989 and is co-head of the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Skaller’s areas of practice include non-primary residence, succession, nuisance, holdovers, commercial litigation, buyouts, demolition.
Notably, Mr. Skaller successfully represented the owner in the non-primary residence proceeding of Emil v. Carey which was one of the first proceedings to allow video recordings into evidence.
Mr. Skaller has lectured at Fordham Law School as well as taken part in mock trials and seminars for Housing Court judges and court attorneys.
In the era of COVID Mr. Skaller has expanded his practice to address the changing laws and issues in the realm of Landlord-Tenant matters both residential and commercial.
