Parker Rothman is an Associate within the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Rothman focuses his practice on commercial real estate litigation and landlord-tenant disputes, in which he represents commercial and residential real estate owners, landlords, and developers throughout all stages of litigation. Mr. Rothman also advises and represents clients seeking to legalize buildings within the purview of the New York City Loft Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rothman practiced at New York City’s largest real estate law firm, where he effectively represented a diverse roster of clients. Mr. Rothman graduated from Brooklyn Law School, Cum Laude, whereby he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his success in International Business Transactions. Additionally, Mr. Rothman received the Brooklyn Law School Pro Bono Award in recognition of his dedication to Public Service.
