Noelle Picone is a Partner of the firm, who joined the firm in 2005 and became a Partner in 2015.
Ms. Picone practices in the Firm’s Litigation Department and handles cases in Civil and Supreme Court, including commercial disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and construction issues. Ms. Picone also advises cooperative and condominium boards as to their rights and remedies related to their shareholders, and both residential and commercial tenants.
From 2014 through 2017, Ms. Picone taught classes at the “New Beginnings” program through Pace Law School on the subject of real estate law to attorneys who have been out of the work force and seeking to reenter the legal profession.
